We have recently stepped up to yet another upright wet belt sander, our third. It is important that we can finish glass to the highest possible standards, and there is really no better tool available to today’s glazier.
For glass removal. when we come to your job sight we carry no less than five complete systems, each one allowing a unique approach to damage free glass removal.
A bit of a disclaimer here: It is important that our customers understand that while all possible care will be taken to avoid damaging glass during the removal process, our first priority is not to damage the vehicle. In today’s automobile, most of the glass is installed using urethane adhesives, making it essentially a permanent, structurally integral part of your vehicle. It is ultimately not designed to be removed. Through the use of precision, up to date equipment, we have an extremely high rate of success, far more often than not leaving the glass in condition suitable to be re-installed. But, and this is important, we can not guarantee we will not break the glass. Should the glass break during removal, there will be no charge, and replacement will be offered at a discounted rate.
